How do I know if the t-shirt I want will fit?

We know it can be hard to figure out sizing without a changing room. That’s why we include size charts with real models, as well as details like what the shirt is made of and if it’s preshrunk.  We have a range of sizes in Men’s, Women’s, Unisex, Kids’, Toddlers' and even Infants to give you tons of options. If you’re still concerned about the fit or feel of a given shirt, our Product Specialists know our line of products inside and out and can point you in the right direction.

I want to order custom V-neck T-shirts for my group. What sizes should I get?

We know that sometimes asking everyone in your group what size they need is easier said than done. So, if you’re stuck guessing sizes, here’s our secret: People can always fit in a size that’s a little too big, but nobody wants to wear a t-shirt that is too small.  A size Large or XL in a unisex tee will have a much wider appeal in any group.

How much do custom V-neck T-shirts cost?

The cost of customized V-neck t-shirts depends on the type of t-shirts selected, quantity, and the number of ink colors chosen.  At RushOrderTees, we use volume pricing so the more custom t-shirts you order, the lower the price per piece.  Consider the Gildan Softstyle V-Neck T-Shirt for example. Ordering one sweatshirt customized with a one-color screen print costs around $46. However, if you order 10, the cost would be only $32 per piece. That’s around 30% savings! We want to make every order as affordable as possible. No matter what type of design you have, we won’t charge you with hidden fees or misleading add-ons, and standard shipping is free to the continental United States.

Can I include different types of items in the same order?

Yes! In the Design Studio, click on the ‘Products’ tab and select ‘Add Another Product.’ Then, choose another product from the offering! We offer a wide variety of customizable items, including moisture-wicking shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts and more. If there’s an item you can’t seem to find in our catalog, get in touch with our team of Customer Care experts. They’ll place a special order for you!

What happens if I’m not happy with my order? What’s your policy for returns?

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the way your shirt came out, let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
