Our Screen Printing Services Process
- Design & product selection – Pick your apparel and create/upload your artwork in the Online Design Studio. Add text, graphics, and place your design where you want it.
- Place your order – Complete checkout to kick off production.
- Artwork QA review – Our team reviews image quality, sizing, and placement to catch common issues before printing.
- Proofs & approval – For orders of 16+ items, you choose at checkout whether to receive a digital proof or auto-approve; <16 units (and reorders) are auto-approved unless you request otherwise. Production starts after approval.
- Method & color setup – For screen printing, we prep one screen per color, align your artwork, and (when requested) match Pantone colors. Note: the typical minimum for screen printing is ~15 per unique color; smaller runs may use HD Digital instead.
- Screen burning & press setup – Each color layer is “burned” to a mesh screen and mounted on press so your design lines up perfectly.
- Ink & specialty options – We print your garments using industry-standard inks (plastisol, water-based, discharge) and can add effects like puff, metallic, neon, or glow if selected.
- Printing – Ink is pushed through each screen onto the garment, one color at a time, for bold, durable results.
- Curing (heat set) – Printed items run through a heat tunnel to fully cure the ink for wash durability; fresh prints need about a day to finish curing.
- Quality check, pack & ship – Finished items are inspected, packed, and shipped. You’ll receive tracking by email; rush options are prioritized, and free standard shipping is available.
