How quickly can I get my order?

What happens after I place my order?

After an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation notice. Smaller, less complicated orders are immediately placed in our production queue. Larger and more complex orders are reviewed by our design experts and sent to production after the customer has approved the proof. Once an order ships, we send an email with the tracking information.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order within 15 days of receiving it, let us know and we'll make it right.

What are the accepted payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, or prepayment by Check, Money Order, or Bank Wire. For schools, universities, and government organizations, we accept purchase orders and prepayment by check.
